For xbox live all you need is a Ethernet cord going from a Router into your Xbox or you can also get the wireless network adapter but that can sometime cause lag when playing online |

Hardwire Is most definately the way to go with xbox Live. A lot more reliable |

what fred said But if you have wireless router and dont want to buy the xbox wireless adapter . i hooked up my xbox to my laptop with the ethernet cable and it worked. |
