I was wondering whether any of you could help me at all - my aim is to connect my playstation 2 to a Sony LBT-LX9AV (http://www.css.ap.sony.com/)sound system! I have spoken to Sony and they recommend that i use an AV cable to do this, but would not be specific at all! If you look at the diagram of the hifi, you will see it comes with a optical input and 5.1 audio plugs, i have been advised that i cannot connect the playstation to the optical in to get the 5.1 audio! so now i need to look for a 5.1 to playstation lead - could anyone advise what i would need at all
