Anyone know what you need to hook this up to modern televisions. I used to play it on an old black and white T.V. but it crapped out on me. I read another forum and someone said you need a RF adaptor and it should work, but I don't know if there's different kinds. I haven't looked for one yet. |

no i have never been there. i used to surf when i was in high school. every surfer dreams about surfing at the north shore. lol. i gave up surfing when i got out of high school and started chasing girls. lol. i do snowboard in the winter though but not this winter. this car audio stuff is just taking up all my extra time in the weekend. |

we have 2 mixed breed dogs & 2 formally homeless cats who live in our shed out back but now they become my pets too
Always been a cat person from small , had 2 females up until last yr .Both got old & died they were about 15+ yrs - (sometimes they were so happy that they go sleep in my bed when i was younger - hope thats not sounding kinda g@y) missed them alot but after these other 2 moved in so i got 2 maintenence free pets -lol ... |

you should be okay to just recharge it. i had my cap laying around for 4 weeks before i sold it to my friend. when i sold it to him i just installed it in his system and charged it. actually i just hook it up and let it charge before i turn on the system. nothing bad happened. |

nemen......the way i recharged mine was i just installed everything. then i connected the battery. when i did that my cap would light up. i look at the voltage meter and when it gets to 14+ volts it would go off. that means its charged. then i just turn on my audio system and enjoy. |

hey chad so i install it regular like this  but with the battery disconnected which one do i disconnet the + or the -? And when i connect everything connect the battery and the voltmeter from the capacitor should be on and i have to wait till it goes out and then turn on the sytem and start bumping lol I wanna do this right so i wont blow my self up(knock on wood lol). |

okay here is what you can do. this way is a sure way not to blow up your amp lol. find a place where you want to mount the cap and mount it. connect the battery + to the cap + and then connect the ground wire. you should see the voltage meter come on cause it is charging at that time. when it goes off that means its charged. then get another cable from the caps + to the amps +. after you have done that connect the amps ground. make sure you don't touch the + on the cap with any of the ground cables. if you do you are probably going to blow the fuse in the inline fuse holder. you would also see some nice fireworks. lol. |

me i enjoy a good sitcom on tv then a good movie.
the main reason i like watching dvd is cause of my home theater setup. i love the surround sound. i do have a infocus dlp projector setup with a 92" da-lite screen but i hardly use it. my 30" samsung widescreen tv keeps me happy. i love playing my ps2 and xbox with the high definition connection and the 5.1 sound.
