i just bought a sharp 32c540 and i cant get any of my systems to work especially the ps2. i have tried with a rf switch but not the actual av cables. i also tried a nes and snes, with the appropriate inputs, and none of them worked either. has anyone ever heard of a problem like this before. i called sharp and they wanted a tech to come look at it. any help on this is appreciated |

Check the settings and connections on your television. For instance, if you have the AUDIO OUT hooked up on your TV to your receiver, this might cause the TV to cut off its own speakers as you would be listening to the audio from the receiver. Another possibility could be your TV's sound settings, like if the speakers were set OFF in the menu. - Reinhart |
