I have a Soyo MT-NI-DYLM20E6 with VGA and DVI inputs. I have the computer going to the VGA and I wanted to connect the DVD player HDMI port to the DVI on the screen. Then I could switch to which input I wanted the the monitor to use depending on if I'm working on the computer or watching videos. I got a DVI to HMDI cable but I get nothing on the screen. Any ideas why?
