one day when i tried to open my tiunes up it wouldn't! something has happened to it, and i dont know how to fix it, when i click on the icon, this box comes up saying:'iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. You probably have a virus of some sort. Go to download.com and download Ccleaner, Spybot search & destroy, After that download Avast Anti-Virus it gives you a free 40 day trial.. run a boot time scan and that should clean up anything bad on your computer. |
