I appologize if this question was asked already but I couldn't find it. I am looking for a graphics card with hdmi/component input (prefer hdmi). But I don't need a tv tuner. I don't care about recording live tv, I want to be able to record hd video input. The input may come from my dvr or from my ps3/360.

I have tried a couple hauppauge cards but they are all concerned about decrypting and watching/recording live tv. If I try to send the signal from my comcast dvr to record something that I have already recorded on the dvr, then it can't see the video. I guess it's expecting the signal to come directly from the cable input and not from the dvr receiver. I also want to be able to record other hd video like from a ps3/360, so I'm looking for a card that will accept and record what ever hd input is passed to it and not just a tv input.

Thanks in advance for the help!
