Alright I am in the process of purchasing a new desktop computer for home and school work I don't need a amazing system I just want something fast and reliable. Here are some that I found for a pretty good price.

Gateway Computer
Intel Pentium 4 3.4 Ghz (Minimum)
1GB DDR-RAM
80GB Hard Drive
DVD-RW Drive
Windows XP

that is the first option
there is 2 more

Intel Celeron Dual-Core E1200 1.6GHz 800MHz FSB 512KB L2 Cache
1GB DDR2 667MHz
160GB SATA II 8MB cache
18x DVD-Writer 8x Dual-Layer
Windows XP

and the last one

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2.0GHz 512KB cach
1GB DDR2 667MHz
80GB SATA 7200RPM
18x DVD-Writer 8x Dual-Layer
