Hello everyone I am quite new here, and this is my first question in the forum. I am now thinking of getting a new monitor, I intend to get the samsung 245BW: http://www.ecost.com/Detail.aspx?edp=40483158 And the Viewsonic Vx2835wm 28" with 3ms looks nice: http://www.dealstudio.com/searchdeals.php?deal_id=84964&ru=282 but most of my friends and I don't have any experience with 28" monitor, do you think this is a wise try? |

The larger monitor and aspect ratio of the 28", along with the fact its hdtv ready makes a great choice for a media type monitor. For games and movies its fantastic but for surfing the web you could save some money if you bought a 17" monitor. If you have the money to spare I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Both Samsung and Viewsonic make great monitors. |

I think 26" is more reliable. |
