But I have a Compaq Presario 1255 and I would like to know how to make the screen lighter or darker (how dim it looks). I've never tried so I don't know if I access options or press any buttons to do this.
The problem is that it has a dim screen. I want to make it lighter so I can see normally. I want to know if this is just the options first (if it even has any I don't know) before we see if this is an LCD problem with its lamp (it may not be an LCD problem).
