For a while I have been trying to get my x1950pro 512MB AGP card to work properly. I ended up buying a better PSU but it still doesn't work right.

That should be enough power for my card, unless I am maybe hooking up the same rail to both power inputs on my video card. Is there anyway for me to figure out where both rails are?
