I have this MOBO running about 1 gig cheap memory, but I want more, like about 2 gigs. Whats a good inexpensive dual-channel matched ram setup for this MOBO?

I have the same board and used 2x1GB OCZ PC3200 DDR RAM, running at 2-3-2-6 timing, CAS2

works like a champ.
