i am having trouble burning music to a CD-R every time i insert a blank cd into my computer it tells me to insert a blank cd i know their blank because they are brand new but i still cant bur the music!!! can anyone help me any help would be greatly appreiciated thankyou

What operating system are you running on your pc, and are you using a burning program or just dragging the files to the cd?
