I have connected my TV to my desktop computer Svideo. I am able to switch from my monitor to the TV with no problem. I go to the XP display, and switch from monitor to TV. I see the XP desktop on the TV. However, when I play a DVD on the computer, it plays about 5 seconds on the TV, and then the video switches back to the computer display. I have set the screensaver to None, and the only thing running is Media Player to play the DVD.
To rule out that it is a TV problem, I can hook my laptop to the TV, and when I play a DVD, it plays on both the laptop and the TV perfectly.
Any idea if this is a display setting that I am missing on my desktop?
