I just got a new Dell laptop with a hdmi output and bought a hdmi cable to connect to the hdmi output on the tv.
I get no signal whatsoever?
Has anyone experienced this problem?
I have vista on the laptop and the tv is a jvc.

Easy. Connect the hdmi to an hdmi input on your tv.
