is recycler a virus?

my drive E has many recyclers and i think its one of the causes why my computer slows down.

how can i delete all those recyclers?

Is the E: drive a partition on your main drive? If yes, clear the restore points for that partition, this should clear the recyclers.

Otherwise - take the tick out of "show hidden files and folders"
