hi. just would like to ask for help regarding my avr.

my avr gets noisy after using it for a couple of minutes. i tried using another one for my pc. at first there was no problem but on my second time of using the new avr, i have encountered the same problem. it gets noisy too.

what is wrong with my avr? does it have to do with the power supply of my pc? i need your help. thanks.
