Maximum PC Magazine recently awarded Ccleaner it's "Softy Award". This small bit of software is FREE! at ccleaner.com. I have been using it for a while and find it excellent at removing the crud that flows into your computer everytime you click with your mouse. You won't believe how many megabytes it finds and deletes. P.
