Looking to offer wireless service at my restraunt. How will i make a password that is different than my administration password that my customers will use to gain access to the network but not have access to any information about the network?

Make sure you change the default router password and disable remote management. You can also take it a step further and change the management port to deter miscreants from accessing your router.

If this is a linksys router you can do all this from a web browser by going to the default gateway. By default, it is http://192.168.1.1
