Right now i have a Gateway 504GR Pc and i want to upgrade my CPU(to this one) my Hard drive(to this one)and my RAM(to this one). Now my question is would I have to change anything else to accommodate my upgrades(i.e motherboard)? Here are the spec to my pc-->specs

The ram and hard drive will be fine. I am assuming that you are going to leave the original hard drive in place and just add the 500gb one on? That would be the smartest thing to do, you should have 2 SATA connections.

The processor is a different story. The link you provided for your computer doesn't say what socket your current motherboard is, but I am pretty certain that the socket type on your current motherboard will NOT accommodate that processor you want.
