Well my buddy sent me a software today and upon setting it up it freezes and is not responsive,but it works fine on his computer.What could be the problem? If this is not enough info let me know so i could go into more details,Thanks. |

What is your OS? And is the software you are using designed for your OS? Make sure that you are meeting the minimum requirements of the software you want to install.
Do you have enough memory to handle the software? |

Also, what software is it? Some applications such as easy CD creator and Nero have been known to conflict with each other in some cases. |
