Does anyone know if it's possible 2 get my Avermedia TV tuner 98 to work on WinXP? Or where I can find the driver....I've tried so many, but feel like giving up.

I managed to do this using DSCALER program. It's opensource, good and free. I have exactly the same card, and while "autofind" capture cards found it being an AverMedia TV98 (wich is correct) considering a NTSC card, to put it to work I had to change it to an PHILIPS_MK2 drive. Than use search for channels in your country (brasilian cable channels differ from USA channels etc). |

I have managed to make it work.....maybe accidentally. I used one of the drives i found on the net finally!
As soon as i can correctly identify which one i used, i will post for anyone who may be looking for same answer.
I will try out Dscaler if i un into problems again. Do u know where i can get this?
