I Just buy video capture card from ebay.it come with driver and it work fine with window 2000 .I had tried to install with window XP and have no sucess it look like its driver compactible only with window 2000
Do any one ever had an experience with this card : Philips SAA7130 TV Tuner/FM Radio/Video PCI Capture Card Philips
