I'm trying to reformat my brother's MDG computer but I can't get into the BIOS to make it reboot from the CD. I tried F1, F2 & delete keys but still can't get into it. Please help! I'm going insane trying to get this to work.
I tried calling MDG tech support...was put on hold for 30 mins and I finally gave up on them.

It's basic technical procedure in the computer industry when you don't know how to get into the BIOS, ask any knowledgeable computer guy. The term 'mash' doesn't imply you actually pound the keys, it means you try all of them all simultaneously.

I just downloaded a pdf on mgd computers and it says to continually tap the delete key just as your starting the computer to get into the bios.

Force of habit I guess, and I usually don't read rules so just to be on the safe side. Its easy enough to figure out and I don't have to remember 10 sets of rules for the different forums I visit.

Heh, those would have to be pretty awful forms to not let you post links.
