I just installed windows 2000, and everytime I am on the internet, I keep getting annoying pop-ups, which say that my system has critical errors, but my system is running just fine. It's says failure to act now could lead to data corrution. I already did a virus scan and a adware scan, but they still keep coming up. Any suggestions on what to do? |

Nevermind I found the awnser on a another site. Here it is if any one is intrested: 1) Start > Programs > Accessories > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Services & Applications > Services. 2) Double click Messenger, and set the Startup Type to Disabled. 3) You can also Stop the service at that same dialog. |
