I'm going to build a box to act as an audio and video server for home theater setup.

Anyone have any thoughts on the best MoBo for such work?

This asus board would probably be the best.

Depends on your application requirements of course and whether or not you have a cpu already in mind. If you are going to be streaming a lot of video and audio go with dual processors and XP Pro or Win2000 it will run a lot better then a dual-core system.

Also ASUS and MSI are some of the best motherboards out there. DFI is good too but you don't want a gaming pc obviously.
