Windows XP Home SP2
P4, 2.4 GHZ
512 MB ram
> 20 GB free, NTFS
Sony dual layer DVD burner
Nero 7 Ultra
Error message:
Faulting application nero.exe, version 7.0.0.0, faulting module bcgcbpro730.dll, version 7.30.0.0, fault address 0x0011d51b.
When trying to burn a CD [ have't tried DVDs ], error with nero.exe . I have found a work around posted at a couple other forums, for example www.sixfiles.com/forum/d...-help-25707.html
I have contacted Nero, beginning 18 Jan 2006, date of installation. STILL no response. I contacted them AGAIN, 27 Feb 2006.
1. If you have had the problelm & Nero has assisted you, please post your results.
2. If you have had good results with non-Roxio media creating software, please post your experiences. I used & liked Easy CD Creator 4 & 5. I used but dislike Easy Media Creator 7. Roxio's tech support was poor at that time.
