You can not burn ppt to DVD directly. u should use some third party tools. How to do it---- Tools: 1. PPT2DVD free trial from http://www.ppt-to-dvd.com/download.php?sid=4 2. a dvd burner Steps: 1. install PPT2DVD on your computer 2. launch PPT2DVD 3. import your PowerPoint presentation in PPT2DVD 4. select the needed configurations for your presentation NOTE: pay attention to these features because they affect the final playing results: ---norm: NTSC PAL ---video aspect: 1:1 4:3 16:9 5. convert your presentation to a video file 6. burn the converted presentation file to a dvd with a dvd burner. Some important things, make sure the dvd and the dvd player are compatible. About the animation and music This program supports the conversion of most transitions, text animations, graphics animations in PowerPoint Music can also be well preserved in sync with the slides. For better conversion results, it is recommended to add the music after conversion with the" add background music " fearure in the program. Note that ,if your PowerPoint file is too complex, pls choose 'Record volume' in the advance setting, and do not make other noise sound when converting, for it would record all your music and sounds playing.} |

The only way to do this is to get specific PowerPoint to DVD software. The best I've found is this one: http://www.ppt-to-video.com/powerpoint-to-dvd-overview.html this was is $79.95 and is one of the few products that didn't mess up animations, transitions and music. The other option is to use Windows Movie Maker but you would have to start from scratch and insert all the pictures onto it. I believe Windows XP and Windows Vista came with this free software so you probably have it. You click on Import Media and select the pictures you want (press Ctrl to select individual pictures). You can then use the Auto Movie button to add credits, music and transitions to your movie. Then burn it to DVD. Hope this is helpful. |

I recommend to use VideoPPT to playing powerpoint on DVD. It converts presentation to AVI, WMV, SWF or FLV video. |

Hello, many ways could help you transfer your presentation to DVD. 1. Free way: Using Windows movie maker. here is a video tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nNxzeM2i4x8 2. using screen recorder, such as camtasia studio. here are the steps: Download the recorder: http://www.techsmith.com Step 1. Save your PPT file as PPS file Step 2. Set Camtasia studio to record the whole screen Step 3. Play your PowerPoint PPS file and Press "F9" to start recording the screen Step 4. When you reach your last blank slide, Press F10 to tell Camtasia Recorder to stop recording. You will be prompted to save the captured slideshow, so choose a directory and enter a filename. Click "Save". Camtasia will save your capture as an .AVI file. 3, the most easy way: using powerpoint to dvd converter. such as PPT2DVD, the leading program in the world. |
