Hello,
I've question about my ALC850 Soundchip, which is on my Asus A8N5X Motherboard.

I accidentally plugged the LineOut Cable from my Stereo into the
LineOut from the Motherboard, instead into the LineIn. Then I corrected the wiring. Now when I play a musicfile I hear the Sound very quietly from the LineOut, also when I maximise the volume in Windows and of the Speakers.

Did I damaged s.th. from the Chip? Maybe the amplifier?
How come if I play a musicfile, and then plug in my Speakers, I hear for a millisecond the Sound very loud?
Before I miscabled, the Soundchip worked perfect.

Greetings,
Frank.
