I RECENTLY BOUGHT A SET OF LOGITECH Z5500 5.1 DIGITAL SPEAKERS. I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A DIGITAL CONNECTION TO MY COMPUTER. PROBLEM SEEM TO BE THAT THE SPEAKER SYSTEM SUPPORTS OPTICAL AND COAX CONNECTIONS WHICH MY SB LIVE SOUND DONT SEEM TO HAVE. DOES IT MEAN I HAVE TO CHANGE MY SOUND CARD COMPLETELY?

if its the SB Live 5.1 Digital Experience Sound Card, then u dont need to change. just use the coax connection. u'll need a 3.5mm MONO plug to rca cable. note that it has to be MONO..not STEREO, else it wont work.
