I plugged my speakers' cables in the right place still, the computer sais :no audio device connected to the computer.
can somebody help me?
P.s. I don't know much about computers so, don't make it to complicated |

hewlett packard pavilion I unpluged everything moved the computer got everything to work but the @#$@ing speakers. |

I am assuming you put it in the green audio sockets on te back of you PC. Turned on the speakers, and that the audio drivers are installed correctly. If all these are checked, then your speakers might be broken |

i have a dimension 3000 i had just got. idon'i know what am doing on a computer it was a gift. now somebody gave me speakers.they dont work. what is wrong? HELP!!!!!!I JUST LOOKED THE SPEAKERS ARE POLK AUDIO. HELP!!!! |

my speakers worked fine until I had to do a system recovery, now it wont recognize them anymore |

How are your speakers connected to the PC? Make sure that your soundcard is still working. |
