I know what im trying to do would be called a wireless hotspot but what legal things would I have to take care of so i dont get in trouble with the fcc. |

You may want to talk to your ISP as well. I know the ISP that I work for doesn't allow residential accts to "share" or "sub" out our services. I'm not totally sure on the commercial side, as we contract all those accts. |

this can be done by purchasing some kit from a wifi hotspot company which will cost about £700 - £1000 if it is net based you can set up a user accounts where people use there bank cards to log on and you can make up to 75% of the takings |
