Hello, I have a lot of midis d/l and have in the past been able to play them with sound, for some reason or other, the song plays but there is no sound.

I am running winXPpro 2000, all my other sounds are working.
I have real alternative installed along with media classic player and wm.

I don't know what has caused this problem and I have looked at all the sound areas with no success if anyone would care to give me some advice or help me get the sound working, I would appreciate it.
