hey
i don't know to much about computers
but i reinstalled windows xp to my computer and before i did this i could play games and do other stuff witout it freezeing and i want to play counterstrike and yer when i do it freeze's could i have some help do i need a new graphic card or something else

Check the drivers. You might be running in software mode. Also install the latest direct x. Theres some things u need to take care of on a fresh install that normally wont by them selves. Try that, and let me know what happens.
