I have eMachine w3400 Win.xp2 ,Home IE6 2gh 80hd 512 ram When I connect to my ISP[dial-up] and click on e-mail or web site I get "IE is not connected Do you want to connect?" Some time I have to try up to 3 times.This started about 3 days ago..also it takes a minute to download pages..takes 3 min. to start up and shut down I have 4 programs in start up.. S&D and Nortons find nothing
