I have mp3 stored on my computer and i am using winamp to play them. The problem is that the songs are being played at a faster rate.
My Company's Network Administrator was upgrading some software and wondering if he might have done something.
Please let me know how to fix this.
Thanks

A faster rate? As in playback speed or khz, because if it's Khz or kbps then you have nothing to worry about as this is the quality of the song being played. I don't see why your songs would change playback speed however if the computer has computer software upgrades. I have winamp and I can't find an option that changes the playback speed at all, unlike for example windows media player does!

There is a patch for Winamp that you can use to adjust playback speed. I don't recall the name of the plugin. Just search their plugin database for it.
