Does anybody knew of a software that will run that will act as a system wide EQ? I know Winamp has a good one, however to get good sound quality the pre-amp must be brought down, and when that happens, I must turn up the sound on my amp. This isn't a problem really, but whenever the computer makes a noise, it is always a lot louder than the music, which makes it quite distracting. I know better sound cards come with EQ's built into their drivers, however I do not have the option of an upgrade for two reasons; one, I have a laptop and can't get a new card to drop into it, two, I don't have the money for an external card. If there is a software out there that does it, how good of quality does it produce? Is it a crappy equivilent to WMP's? You know, tons of clipping and noise introduced whenever a value is pushed above 1? Does one even exsist? |
