guy at work asked me a qustion so here goes can a pentium 3 slot 1 processor be compatible with a pentium 2 slot one board i replied and said more than likely no in the fact that it would be like putting a 939 socket processor in a socket a it wont work hope someone can help

i think the pin set is diffrent on them so no it wont work
