I want to make a cheap upgrade, someone can tell me if this motherboard is good or not, a "Gigabyte GA-8SGXP/ Sockel 478" as it seems to be in very good price in Ebay

It's offered for only 29 Dollars (23 Euros) in Ebay, which makes me VERY SUSPICIOUS... so, would like to know if its just a very good offer, or is that is so cheap because the motherboard is a piece of trash. I would need also a P4 Prescott processor for that board. The chipset is NOT intel, is SIS 648FX,
It cant be worst than my Asus CUSL2-C for P3 right??
I just search for a "STABLE", non problematic motherboard for a home PC, that will allow me to upgrade to P4, browse the internet, and play some late generation 3D games time to time..(with a good 3D graphic board of course) |
