i downloaded the java software to chat buy still cant get in the chat room all it saids is loading chat apple? whats wrong and how can i fix it?

Wow you dont want to know how many people get this problem :D whaha
First uninstall java.. if its installed
install the updates for windows and IE.
Go here

install java restart your computer and you (should) be able to use jahoo chat. Good Luck
