Hello to everyone on the forum. I have a very simple question - does the JVC GR-D20 have a microphone jack? I would assume that they are standard on all video cameras, but I have looked all over the internet and in brochures and cannot find out information regarding this.

I would greatly appreciate your help on this matter.

Hi Chris

I have this camcorder and 'NO' it doesn't have a jack for a mic it just has one in built which does pick up all you need it to do. Even the mother-in-law can use it which is something!!!!

What software have you found to be successfull in capturing your video from the JVC GR-D20 as so far, I have found nothing.
