I am planning to purchase a camcorder and have access to below retail prices on the following sony products. I am novice and just want best value for money that will allow me to take good quality footage to download on notebook and computers and take still shots. I hve read about the difference of mini dv vs digital 8 tapes etc but personally would think the zoom capabilities are more important to me than tapes. Please rate these models; DCRTRV460, DCRTRV265, DCRHC15

TRV460 would be your best bet.
