Hi,

I have a Panasonic NV-GS47 digital video camera. I installed SweetMovieLife to save the video on the tape to my hard disc. My computer has windows xp operating system. But when I am opening sweetmovielife I am getting error message that says "A non-NTSC device is connected. Please turn the non-NTSC device off and reboot".

I am new to this and have no idea what non-NTSC device is, where to find it and how to turn it off.

Please help me in sorting this issue.
