I'm looking for a "helmet" video camera that I can mount on my motorcycle handle bars.

I'm trying to find one that meets these specs:

640x480 res. or higher
Waterproof
External microphone capabilities (wind is a factor)
Under $300

The ContourHD looks great, but the built in mic worries me. I really want crisp, wind free sound.

The VIO POV is just too expensive at $500+

Is there anything out there that meets my needs?
