I just bought a used Nikon F100. The manual says that a SB16 b flash is compatible. I have a SB16. What is the difference between the SB16 and the FB16b?

The SB-16B has the standard ISO hot shoe mount. The SB-16A has the mounting foot peculiar to the Nikon F3.
