I have just purchased a SONY 3e Camcorder,

Having loaded the software on to my dual core Dell XP home PC I find I cannot use the special Picture Package menu as I get this error 'Sonypotl' you do not have macromedia flash player loaded, but I have!!!. I have uninstalled the flash player and reloaded but still the same error. I cannot uninstall the Sony software becase there is no option to do so and I do not know which programmes these are on the control panel add-remove programme feature.

As all inet references to Macromedia Flash Player are now Adobe could there be a issue here or is there another problem which someone could help with!?
