I’ve been using SamSung camcorder, model VP-L906 (PAL). It has just AV output and S-Video output. Can it communicate with my computer through these outputs? How? And how can I capture footages and save them in my computer? Anybody helps me, please? ------- My computer configuration: mainboard ECS 945GCT-M2, CPU Intel Pentium Dual Core E2140, 1GB RAM |

You should be able to get a USB2 cable for this, have you tried the manufacturers site? |

it's a pity, this model (VP-L906) has no USB output/cable It's told that I can buy a PCI card which has S-Video input so that the computer can take raw footages from the camcorder through S-Video cable. But I don't know which exactly PCI card I should buy. I mean what the card's name is, and its price? Anybody help me please? |

Okay, I'm not sure which country you are in. If UK try Maplins, if other find an electrical Outlet store that specialises in PC's, radio, electronic components etc and one of the techies there may be able to help. I', amazed the manufacturers help line cannot help on this? |
