Hi everyone. Ive just ended up with a sharp vl-wd450 camcorder that i know nothing about but ended up with it anyway. It was from a garage sale so i wasnt expecting it to work but i managed to get it going. Only it lasts about 5-8 seconds, even with the power cord plugged in. The tape holder thing doesnt even open (i havent tried putting a tape in yet) and it comes up witht he message "Eject the Cassette" (even though there isnt one in it) and then under it "dew". What does this mean? The it just dies. Ive fiddled with everything, even changed the 3v battery but it still has the same problem. I need this to work! Help!
