rovin you were right as usual. that .5 cuft makes a big difference. my box is a success guys. it sounds awesome. brings out the sq of the mag even more. maybe i don't want to switch it out now. lol.

u guys know i been at it all wk using second skin on my ride well yesterday i finally finished it & today put back all my door upholstery on & mounted by my ol crystal 50wrms coax ....SQ \ bass & overall ambience is AMAZING !!!!!!!
i knew it would but daaaaaaaaamn its sounds so SHWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET now that i just sat there listening to it with various songs without need for turning my bass amp on ...thats how sick it is ....sounding like a sub in each door & yet its only a 50wrms caox taking 100wrms from my ol faithful 545 alpine amp
seriously looking at some DLS or CDT comps ...SQ ftmfw ! ...... |

Lol Chauncey. I would love to play the Mariners in the ALCS instead of the Angels. For some reason, we just don't do well against the Angels in the playoffs.
The real reason I'm selling them is cause my dad and I will be down there a week earlier going to a few games and this game was just wishful thinking that we'd still be down there but we can't. |

Like I said b4 wire will always be wire. I got it at a good price and in even 5 years the cost could double. I could sell it back at $5/ft and ppl would jump at it.
For my buds here on E tho I'd sell it back at cost plus shipping. Or take 17' runs down to the mart and sell them for $50. Throw in some of the 4ga and 8ga and now it's $75.
To me wire is an investment. |

according to a buddy of mine ANY pionner or premier with a 50 in its model number is really made for d japanese market however there r a few all over
so if thats d 6900 or 690 d bthing about that 1 is USB ready so u dont need to use any CDs on it since it takes up to a 4GB (according to anther bud of mine) ....have hooked up 2 of these b4 & works well
u do know pioneer just came out with some new 2008 models right ? ....
Pioneer DEH-P5000UB this actually has same features as a 690\6900 from 2007

Thanks Rovin...I will be getting the Pioneer through a military catalog and the items come directly from the manufacturer...at least that is what they tell us.
I couldn't find any info on the product aside from the catalog blurb.
And no i did not know that they have model years...I am such a friggin' noob
So you think i should wait until they come out?
The catalog says there is only 1 left. And it comes with an iPod cable in the package and a wireless remote, I don't know what that is going to be used for, lol! |

well the glue is enough for making it air tight but i still like to use caulk. you can never be too sure. lol. i use the doors and window caulk. it works great. |

I dont know what logan used on my box but it looked alot like caulk. It was white and rubbery, and that thing straight fell apart. |

he probably used the bathroom caulk. that stuff doesn't stick well on wood. its for tiles and stuff like that. that is why i got the doors and windows caulk. it sticks to wood well.

lol berny. but i see what you are getting at. epecially these days. if you even stop for few seconds while driving by an elementarty school, the cops will pull you over. there was an incident like this not too long ago. apparently a guy in his mid 40s pulled over in front of an elementary school. he dropped something on the floor of his car and was looking for something. the school police officer got suspicious and arrested him. when they did a check on him the guy never had any priors. he is now trying to sue the school. |

I tried watching that show with my niece and I just cant do it..its not funny, interesting or nothing...
I sux to me that she has to grow up watching crap like that..what happened to all the good kid/cartoon shows?? |
