man what is this world coming to. one of the local middle school had a lock down today. apparently someone saw a person with a gun. the police couldn't find anyone but the whole school had to go on lock down.
what happened to the days when only emergency training the kids had to endure was during earth quakes. we were told to crawl under the table. now one of the emergency training is lock the door and drop to the ground.
Yup, I have never heard of a lock down until after my kids went to school.
Chad, I remember those "earthquake drills"...hiding under the desks really bothered me. I'm thinking..."this whole building will come down on top of everyone, and you think our tiny little desk is going to protect us?"..then I realized, they make you go under the desk so that they can find your body easily.
^At my high school, we would have drugs dogs there on a weekly basis. I can't even tell you how many people I've seen get pulled out of class and arrested for having drugs in their backpack. I've seen people do lines of coke right next to me in the middle of class. One of the teachers there got arrested for sex with a minor in his classroom after school and 2 other teachers got arrested for dealing drugs out of their house. This is just what happened in the 4 years I was there lol.
Real good school though. One of the best in the state. Just gotta know who not to talk with.
I would have been like wtf too. lol. Worst I seen in high school was this kid get stabbed in the arm with a pen.
This bully like kid was picking on this real quiet guy, next thing you know the quiet kid just stuck him with his pen. The pen was hanging out of his arm and the bully kid was like in shock with a blank face and just walked out of class.
I swear the whole class all at once went, "oooooh sh!t!"
well its like a scientific calibrated piece of equipment & i dont think thye will mass produce it like how they will a HU because not too many ppl will have much use of it
a single JL 13w7 sub is around that price & dont 4get dem fugging expensive big @ss TC sounds subs like what polo got .....
That piece of equipment is nothing that will be mass produced. There is just no market for it, of course, for those that need always think that everyone should have, but the reality of the market is a different market.
But that price is cheap considering that we paid $15,000 for the one we use.
i didnt read much of it so i guess u saying that 2 cars competing side by side can be run simultaneously instead of taking out d sensor from 1 car & putting it in d other car .....so d same unit will give d individual results 4 each ride right ???? ....
yep. one machine 2 sensors side by side at the same time. its really fun during bass race. it gets really intense when you are in the final round. lol. ahhhhhh competition. how i miss it so much. if the organizers would have one near here often, i would still have my btls.
yeah paul. i believe there is going to be a comp coming up in march. its an hour drive but i am gonna go. its going to be at this car show. one of the biggest show in california. over 1000 fixed up cars will be there showing off their cars.

From what I hear tho the mods over there aren't just and tend to single members out and favor others. Sounds like the inmates are running the asylum. I read some of the linked threads from there but don't care to even register to post. I know it's smart to broaden your scope but I don't want to be associated with that place.
Besides, members of ca.com probably wouldn't tolerate my humor and half my posts would be deleted. If you had a much more experienced guy like you guys with the tongue of someone like Brad who lacks patience with idiocy then all hell would break loose lol.

like i said b4 im using second skin so 2day i got d roof & 1 side door done , 1 of d front doors i stuck it on but didnt press it out good so thats gonna be easy tomor
but i also want to use a seam sealer & some e\foam in d roof & i think i may do a second layer in d trunk area & possibly d whole roof too since i want that super rattle-free
it isnt hard to really do - roof was easy in fact but doors taking time because of tight spaces .......
we have a ol 1.2mp kodak here but i had it on my pc sub box & bass shook it to fall on d ground just 10" away ...now d darn thing is blinking\shorting
most ppl r lazy 2 apply deadening & cost is a factor too but its worth doing it since tapping my knuckles on d surface sounds dull rather than metal like
another purpose is making better use of that music energy than letting be wasted through vibations - thus = more output
on d dynamat box package they boast of a 3-6DBs gain - i wont doubt it ......
